Refund & Exchange Policy
At Nine to Five, we take pride in delivering high-quality products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s everything you need to know about our return and exchange process:
1. Returns
- We offer refunds within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
- Once your return request is approved, we'll guide you through the process and return shipping costs.
- In case the customer requests a return, a shipping fee of up to EGP 100 will be charged to the customer.
2. Exchanges
- Exchanges for Size: If you need to exchange your item for a different size, we will offer exchanges on the same product (subject to availability).
- Shipping Costs for Exchanges: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs when exchanging items for a different size.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact us at ninetofive.cs@outlook.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
3. Try On When the Courier is Present
- To avoid any delays in your return or exchange process, we highly recommend opening the package and checking the product while the courier is present. This will help eliminate any concerns and ensure faster processing.
- In case the customer refuses to receive the order upon delivery, a shipping fee of up to EGP 100 will be charged to cover return costs.
4. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- To begin your return or exchange, please reach out to us at ninetofive.cs@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item (if applicable)
- Size change request (if applicable)
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions or exchange details.
5. Processing Time
- Once we receive your returned item, please allow 2-3 Business Days for us to process your exchange or return request.
